Three steps, one box, thirty days.
Lid Love wipes
One every night, along the lash line, eyes closed. Tea tree and coconut oil.
Miracle Mist
Morning, and straight after the night wipe. Hypochlorous acid, no preservatives, no alcohol.
Self-Warming Eye Masks
Every third night from night three. Each says New lids loading on the front.
Eye drops work on the surface. Ally built the routine for the edge of your lid.
Along the edge of each eyelid sit tiny glands that release oil with every blink. That oil keeps your tears on your eye. The wipe clears the edge, the mist keeps it clean, and the warmth softens the oil.
"You wouldn't moisturise your face without washing it first. Your lids work the same way."
Ally, optometrist at Lens Avenue Sydney and Dermii co-founder
Ninety seconds a day
Wipe
One wipe, along the lash line, eyes closed. Once a day, at night, to clear make-up and the day's grime.
Mist
Every morning, and straight after the night wipe. Two or three sprays from about twenty centimetres, eyes closed for thirty seconds.
No rinsing. If it stings, hold it further away.
Mask
Fifteen to twenty minutes of warmth with your eyes closed, every third night, starting on night three. Ten masks is the month.
What customers wrote after starting the routine.
I used to be using eye drops about 4 times a day.
I haven't had to use drops since starting.
My eyes were constantly itchy and sore and nothing seemed to work. Now they're more relaxed.
Do the thirty days. If your eyes aren't calmer, you get your money back, and you're the judge.
Register for a group, do the full thirty days, and rate your eyes on day one and day thirty. Claim between day 30 and day 45, and your first 30-day Bundle is refunded. Nothing to send back. It sits alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Before you start
Can't I just keep using eye drops?
You can, and eye drops aren't wrong. They wet the surface of your eye and wear off. This routine is aimed at the edge of the lid, where the build-up sits.
How soon will I notice a difference?
The mist feels cool straight away and the mask feels good the first time. Many people notice a change in weeks two to three, which is why the routine runs for thirty days.
My eyes felt a bit puffy in the first week. Is that normal?
Usually, yes. Eyes that have been dry for a long time can feel a little off as they adjust to being properly clean. It settles. If it gets worse, your vision changes or redness won't calm down, stop and see an eye care professional.
Will the mist sting?
Sometimes, in the first few uses, and it's usually the dry skin around the eye. Hold it further away, at about arm's length, and keep your eyes closed for the full thirty seconds. If discomfort gets worse or your vision changes, stop and see an eye care professional.
I wear contact lenses. Does that matter?
The routine works on the eyelid, not in the eye. Do it before your lenses go in, or after they come out at night.
What's in it, for sensitive eyes?
Lid Love wipes: aqua, glycerin, tocopherol (vitamin E), aloe barbadensis extract, cocos nucifera (coconut) extract, tea tree oil. Miracle Mist: aqua, sodium chloride, dandelion extract, licorice root extract, gotu kola extract, hypochlorous acid. No preservatives, no alcohol, no fragrance in either. The mask is warmth, nothing on the skin. If you know you react to any of these, or you're not sure, ask your optometrist first.
Do I have to join the Challenge?
No, but joining is free, and it's how you get the group, the coaching and the money-back promise. Buy first and you're asked once to register.
