We built the Challenge around thirty days because that's how long the routine needs. Most people feel a shift somewhere in weeks two to three, and very few feel much at day seven. So the guarantee asks you to finish, and if it hasn't worked for you by then, you get your money back.

Who it covers

  • You've registered for a 30 Day Challenge group at dermii.com.au/30.
  • It's your first 30-day Lid Lover Starter Bundle.
  • One Bundle per customer.

How it works

  1. Register, then get your Bundle. If you ordered first, you can still register before your group starts.
  2. Rate your eyes on day one, using the page in your companion booklet, before you start the routine.
  3. Do the full 30 days. Wipe once a day, mist straight after and whenever you like, and use the Self-Warming Eye Mask every third day. Missing the odd day doesn't count against you.
  4. Rate your eyes again on day thirty.
  5. If your eyes aren't calmer and more comfortable, tell us between day 30 and day 45. Use the link in your day 30 email, or email hello@dermii.com.au with your name, order number and your day one and day thirty ratings.

When your 30 days start

Your day one is your group's start date. If you join late, your day one is the day your Bundle arrives.

What happens when you claim

  • We reply within 24 hours.
  • We refund the full amount you paid for the Bundle, including shipping, to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days.
  • There's no bottle to send back and no long form. We'll ask what didn't change for you, because every refund teaches us something.
  • Lost your booklet? That's fine. Tell us how your eyes were on day one and how they are now, on a scale of 1 to 10.

What it doesn't cover

  • The 90-day Lid Lover Certified, refills, single products or any Bundle after your first.
  • Claims before day 30. The routine needs the full thirty days to show what it can do, so if it's day 10 and nothing has changed yet, please reply to any Challenge email and we'll help you through it.
  • Claims after day 45. If something got in the way, email us anyway and we'll look at it personally.
  • The $100 video credit and a refund together. If you claim the guarantee, the video credit isn't issued. If it was already issued before you claimed, you keep it. The video credit is once per customer.

If your eyes react

A mild sting from the mist in the first few uses is normal. Keep your eyes closed, spray, and count to thirty before opening.

If you have discomfort that gets worse, changes in your vision or redness that won't settle, stop the routine straight away, see your optometrist or eye care professional, and tell us at hello@dermii.com.au. We'll sort it out with you directly. You don't need to wait for day 30.

The Lid Lover routine is daily lid hygiene. It isn't a treatment for any medical condition. If you have a specific eye condition or use prescription drops, talk to your optometrist before adding a new routine.
