Our 7-Day Return Policy

At Dermii, we want you to love your eye care as much as we do! If something isn't quite right, you have 7 days from receiving your item to initiate a return.

Return Eligibility: For a successful return, ensure your item is:

  • In the condition you received it: unworn/unused, with tags intact.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting Your Return: Simply email us at team@dermii.com.au to get things rolling. If your return meets our criteria, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Remember, returns without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Received a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us right away upon receipt. We’re here to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.

Exceptions: There are a few items we can’t take back:

  • Perishable goods like food, flowers, or plants.
  • Customised products (special orders or personalised items).
  • Personal care goods (beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Note: Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.

Exchanges: Got the wrong item? Return it and then place a separate order for the correct item. It's the quickest way to swap!

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll inform you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be automatically credited to your original payment method. Keep in mind, your bank or credit card company might need some time to process and post the refund.
