How do I check my balance?
Sign in and open your account page, or the Blink tab at the bottom of any page.
Do Blink Bucks expire?
No. Your balance is yours as long as your account is open.
Can I use Blink Bucks with a discount code?
Usually, yes. If a particular promotion excludes them, it says so on the promotion.
What happens if I return an order?
Blink Bucks earned on that order are reversed, and any you spent on it go back onto your balance.
What about the 30 day guarantee?
A guarantee refund reverses the Blink Bucks earned on that Bundle, the same as any return. The $100 video credit and a guarantee refund don't go together: if you claim the refund the credit isn't issued, and if the credit was already issued you keep it.
When does referral credit arrive?
Once your friend's order ships. Your link and your referrals are on your account page.
