What's the wholesale pricing?
It's set in the conversation, not on a page, because it depends on volume and whether you want the Bundle or the singles. Luke walks every new stockist through it on the first call.
Is there a minimum order?
A small one, sized for a single practice to try it. We'd rather you start small and reorder than overbuy.
Won't my patients just buy online instead?
Some will, and we send the ones who want to buy in person to you. The stockists page lists your practice, and the patient booklet says to ask their optometrist first. Most people who start the routine in a practice reorder from that practice.
What can I say about it at the counter?
What we say: a daily lid hygiene routine, ninety seconds a day, built by an optometrist. We use symptom and comfort language, never condition names or treatment claims, and we'll give you the same words we use. Your clinical judgement about who it suits is yours.
