Shipping Policy
Order Processing: Orders placed before 2pm AEST are processed the same business day. Orders after 2pm are processed within the next business day. This excludes weekends and holidays. After your order is processed, you'll get an email confirming its shipment.
Domestic and International Shipping
Shipping Costs:
- Australia: $10 or FREE for orders over $65
- Australia: $15 for same day dispatch + express
- New Zealand: 5-8 business days $15
- Rest of world: 6-17 business days $30
Please Note: Your order might face import duties and taxes (including VAT) in your country. These charges, incurred upon reaching your destination, are not covered by Dermii and must be borne by you.
Tracking Your Order: You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking info will be active within 48 hours after dispatch. Track your order’s journey and get ready to meet your Dermii products!
